Hello! My name is Mike Stark and I am the owner and operator of Clarity Auto Glass NW.
I started in the auto glass business when I was 19 years old and in my 26 years of service, I have seen just about every angle of the business. From the sales and profits end, to advancements in materials used, to the constant evolving vehicle features and technology – you name it, I’ve had a hand in it. The majority of my career was spent with one of the big name companies, and I’ll admit I learned a lot from them. With all the knowledge I’ve gained over the course of my career, I’ve also noticed many things that can be improved in the business.
While it was a scary step to leave a guaranteed paycheck and venture out on my own, I am sure glad that I did. When working for a big company, you are constantly reminded of quotas. Here at Clarity Auto Glass NW the focus is solely on my customers, their safety, and their satisfaction – the way it should be.
